	Our Society is partly based on honesty. We request a lot of information from each hunter who applies, but in the end it is up to each applicant to give truthful information on having harvested each species. We believe, as hunters, we should have the integrity to honor those that have achieved this goal and not to belittle this award by applying under false pretenses. Unlike big game awards and societies, we cannot examine each trophy so we do ask each applicant to have a level of respect and honesty in applying.

Affidavit

For the purpose of entry into The Waterfowler’s Society, all the following conditions must be true:

I. All species were taken in compliance with federal, state, provincial and territory migratory waterfowl laws of location and time harvested;
II. Each species was taken by the individual applicant, no species were gifted to the individual;
III. Species were taken under legal federal, state, province and territory migratory waterfowl seasons, excluding any subsistence license/permit;
IV. All species were harvested, not found of natural death;
V. All species are wild birds, no game farm birds or captive birds of any kind;
VI. All species were taken in the wild;
VII. No species were taken on another hunter’s license;

I certify that, to the best of my knowledge, I harvested all the species listed on this form without violating any of the above affidavit rules. I also certify that all the information given in this entry form is accurate and truthful.
